Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy All tuition payments made to the Vargas Intercultural Institute are final and non-refundable. Once enrollment is confirmed, tuition funds are allocated to instructor compensation, facility use, and course materials, and therefore cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstance. Tuition Credit Exception If a student submits a written withdrawal request before the first scheduled class, the Institute will issue a tuition credit for the full amount paid, minus a $50 materials fee. This credit may be applied to a future session of the same course within one academic year of the original enrollment. After Course Start No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted after the first class has taken place, regardless of attendance or participation. Cancellations by the Institute In the rare event that the Vargas Intercultural Institute must cancel a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will receive the option of a full refund or a full tuition credit toward a future session.
