Japanese Level 1
Course for Adults

For adult learners with little-to-no background in Japanese.

​Jump into speaking Japanese from day one. This course focuses on practical conversation while introducing essential grammar, vocabulary, and writing systems (hiragana, katakana, and basic kanji).

​

What you’ll learn:

  • Basic greetings, self-introductions, and everyday expressions

  • Simple conversations for travel, shopping, and social situations

  • Core vocabulary and grammar for practical communication

  • Reading and writing hiragana and katakana

  • Polite expressions and cultural tips for real-life interactions

Participate in immersive lessons that bring tradition, culture, and real- world conversational experiences to life!  Engage with classroom content by fostering skills that will help cultivate understanding and nurture authentic cultural connections inside and outside of the classroom.

Tuition

  • Tuition:

    • $500 for the 6-week semester.

      • $250 deposit required to start.

  • Flexible payment plans available!

    • Weekly Payment Plan: 

      • Pay as little as $50/week for 6 weeks upon payment of the $250 deposit!
